No. You can book a consultation with us directly. If your dentist or GP would like to refer you, that works too, and we keep them updated along the way.
A member of our team replies within one business day, using the contact method you prefer. We answer your questions and, if you'd like, find a consultation time that suits you. Nothing is booked unless you ask for it.
No. The consultation is a conversation with Dr Niels and a look at your teeth, not a procedure. You leave with a clear plan and a written quote, and you can take as long as you need to decide.
Yes. Many of our patients haven't been in a long time, and nobody here will comment on how long it has been or how your teeth look. We simply start from where you are today.
Yes. A partner, family member or carer is welcome to call or send a question for you, and to come along to your consultation. We just need your okay before we discuss your health details with them.
